Duties and Taxes – Europe
On 01/01/2021 the UK left the EU single market. From that day forth any orders placed from locations outside the UK may incur additional duties and taxes to be paid on arrival in the destination country (if applicable). This will depend on whether the shipment is below the “de minimis” value for your country. For example, if you are in the EU, the shipment value threshold above which duties are payable is €150 and €0 for VAT taxes.
If you are ordering from the EU then the VAT tax amount on your order will be zero and then you will need to pay the VAT tax when your shipment is imported into your country at the applicable rate. With regards to duties, if your order is below €150 there will be no duties to pay, if your order is over €150 duties will be due by you upon import into your country.
Please note there may also be a brokerage fee to pay.

Please note that we advise that any orders that are placed before 3pm on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day, however, this can be affected during busy periods such as Christmas. I have placed my order, what happens next?
Once you have placed your order and payment has been successful, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. We will then process your order as quickly as possible and ship it using the service selected at check out. Once shipped, we will update the status of your order to “complete” and you will receive an email (and text if selected) confirmation that your order has shipped. You can then check further progress of your order by logging into your my account area of our website where you will be able to see all the tracking details for each order placed and see live updates by clicking the “track” button.
Note: If you have not received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation, please check your email spam/junk folder. Email providers like Gmail and Hotmail have quite aggressive spam filters and it is likely that your email will be there.
* Christmas is a busy time of year and we want to make sure you get your order in time for the big day. If you have a coupon code that upgrades you to next-day shipping, it is likely that it will be shipped using the Next Day service. This is a 1-day service, however, this is not “guaranteed” especially when the courier has a lot of volume through their network at busy times of the year. Please contact us before ordering if your order is time-sensitive or order using the appropriate guaranteed service.
** If you are outside the EU then you may be liable to pay tax and duties on receipt of the goods into your country. This depends on the tariff per country so please contact us before ordering if you are not sure.
